ocabafox@gmail.comFor formula corrections and source updates
If you believe a calculator result is wrong, please include the exact page URL, the input values you used, the result you expected, and the official source you are comparing against. This helps us check whether the issue is a formula bug, an outdated table, a rounding difference, or a missing explanation in the guide.
We prioritize corrections that affect payroll, tax, government contributions, utility bills, or loan affordability because readers may use those estimates for budgeting. We do not provide personal tax, legal, HR, lending, or medical advice, but we will review clear evidence and update public pages when a source or assumption needs to change.
What happens after you contact us
1. We reproduce it
For calculator reports, we rerun the same inputs and compare the output with the relevant source table or formula.
2. We classify it
Some reports are bugs; others are policy differences, outdated sources, or employer-specific payroll treatment.
3. We update clearly
When a public correction is needed, we update the page copy, constants, or visible notes so future readers see the change.
What we cannot do by email
PH Calculator is an independent educational site. We cannot access your employer payroll system, government member account, loan application, utility account, or medical benefit record. Please do not send passwords, government ID numbers, full bank details, or other sensitive documents through the form.
If your concern affects a filing deadline, employment dispute, loan contract, billing complaint, or benefit claim, use the calculator as a preparation tool and contact the official agency, provider, HR team, licensed professional, or lender that can act on your case.
We also welcome requests for clearer explanations. If a page uses a term that is confusing, tell us which section blocked you and what you were trying to calculate.
